1.About Quality Control and Warranty

Our inspection system control the quality before shipment, our rod building components and fishing rods are covered by a limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the original owner.

2.About Samples

We supply samples. Due to numerous sample requests, we are charging for the samples and freight cost. We usually ship the samples by one of the following methods:

•DHL: www.dhl.com
•UPS: www.ups.com
If you have the account of these express company to collect the freight, we would like to use your account.The shipment will take 2-5days, depending on the location of the destination.

Apolline does not sell its products directly to retail customers. Our products are available through authorized retailers and distributors. If you can not find distributors near you, you are welcome to be our distributors.

we regret to inform you that we will not supply any price list since it depends of the quantities you want. However, please let us know the exact items and the quantities and we will quote you the best price.

we have different minimum quantities for trial orders and repeating orders. They also depend on the items you want. For details, please contact any of our sales managers

Following two payment terms are acceptable
(1). Letter of credit (L/C): Sight irrevocable L/C only.L/C from some country,our bank require it to be confirmed.
(2). Telegraphic transfer (T/T): 30% advance payment for order confirming, with the balance to be paid before shipment.

Normally 30-45 days after receiving L/C or confirming payment ,we always make delivery as early as possible. Longer in the peak seasons and shorter through the rest of the year.

Apolline TM has established excellent cooperate relations and procedures with some world famous shipping companies that allows Apolline TM priorities in making the shipping arrangements.

For our products, we offer sufficient and timely parts supply.

We supply gifts or promotion items for our products, please contact with us for details.

We grant exclusivity only to the proven-customers in the end market on certain products with quantity and term conditions. Only in very special circumstances we grant general exclusivity.

You are welcome to visit our factory in Weihai. The flight is very convienient between Beijing or Shanghai and Weihai. It will take about 1 hour from Beijing or Shanghai to Weihai by flight. You also could fly to Yantai from Beijing or Shanghai. Please let me know your flight no. and the ETA time, we could send a car to meet you at the airport and show you around our factory.
